Our Team
Jackie Ha (Principal Counsellor)
She brings with her, life experience as a mother and someone who has personally experienced many hardships throughout her childhood and adult life. In her mid-twenties, she entered a process of self-inquiry and healing through therapy and it has been one of the best support structures in her life.
But before finding her therapist, she had been intimately familiar with the challenges of searching for the right therapist and the frustration of mismatched connections. This personal understanding informs her approach to therapy, where she prioritises openness and collaboration, recognising the therapeutic relationship as key to creating a safe space for your vulnerability, willingness and capacity to dig deep.
Through your work together, you will shift from asking 'what's wrong with me?' to curiously exploring 'what happened to me?'. As a result, you will cultivate greater self-compassion and self-understanding.
