Eunice’s approach balances gentle curiosity with a no-nonsense attitude. She isn’t afraid to challenge you with tough love and humour to help you find your voice, break limiting patterns, and build a loving relationship with yourself. In sessions, she fosters an honest, transparent relationship to uncover the root of your challenges, understand what’s driving them, and support intentional change.

A little about Eunice…

Something that not many people know about me:
I’m a coffee enthusiast, dog lover, and boxing fan who enjoys diving into non-fiction books (and the occasional fiction if it hooks me). I love exploring the mindsets of others through newsletters and podcasts by creators and business leaders—getting a glimpse into how they approach life and solve problems fascinates me.

What it’s like to be in therapy with me:
You’ll laugh with me (a lot), but I’ll also challenge you with questions that matter, helping you connect the dots on your personal growth journey. When things get tough, I’ll be right here to sit with you, talk it through, and figure it out together.

What you’ll find me doing when I’m not wearing my counsellor hat:
You’ll find me playing The Last of Us 2 on my PS5—taking on zombies and people in apocalyptic chaos (because survival is key!). I also enjoy perfecting my coffee or matcha creations with my espresso machine and spending time with my fur baby, Mochi—the most beautiful Japanese Spitz (though I may be a little biased).

Her Approach

  • Eunice prioritises her clients' perspective and experiences, creating a supportive environment where they lead the way. She offers empathetic understanding and helps her clients explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. This approach empowers people to gain self-awareness and make meaningful changes at their own pace.

  • Eunice incorporates psychodynamic therapy to help clients uncover the underlying patterns and unconscious influences shaping their current thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. By exploring these deeper layers, she supports clients in understanding their inner world and developing insight, paving the way for lasting transformation.

  • Eunice uses narrative therapy to help clients reframe and rewrite the stories they tell about themselves and their lives. She works collaboratively to identify and challenge limiting narratives, enabling clients to embrace new perspectives and take ownership of their journey with a renewed sense of agency and possibility.

  • Eunice adopts a solution-focused approach to highlight her clients’ strengths and explore practical steps toward achieving their goals. By focusing on what’s working and envisioning a preferred future, she helps clients build confidence and take actionable steps toward meaningful change.
